Brian Gay to Play BB8

Brian Gay, who has played Bettinardi products for years and has used a Bettinardi putter for his three PGA Tour wins, will bring into play the Bettinardi BB8 Tour prototype putter in 2010.

Gay finished the 2009 season ranked #4 in 2009 PGA Tour Putts Per Round with an average of 28.11 and recently posted his best position on the year-end 2009 money list (13th).
Gay will represent the Bettinardi brand at the 57th PGA Merchandise Show appearing at the Bettinardi Golf Booth # 901, Friday, January 29, 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. He will sign autographs and provide putting tips and insights to show visitors.
Gay, among the top 50 in the Official World Golf Rankings, has earned entry to all four majors in 2010: The Masters, The U.S. Open, The Open Championship and the PGA Championship based on his 2009 performance.
Gay joined the PGA Tour in 1999. His consistency has earned him over $11 million to date in career earnings. His first win on tour came at the Mayakoba Golf Classic at Riviera Maya-Cancun in 2008, while his second win was at the Verizon Heritage in 2009. His third victory, the 2009 St. Jude Classic, earned him the last spot in the 2009 U.S. Open, using the "Winners of multiple PGA Tour events since the last Open" exemption.
An All-America at the University of Florida, Gay led the Gators to two SEC titles and the 1993 National Championship.
