Robert J. Bettinardi engineered his new BB8 Wide Putter for the player seeking a traditional blade appearance, yet looking for added confidence on the greens. By precision milling a wider flange on his classic BB8 head shape, Robert was able to provide a clean looking, squared-off blade with performance-driven modifications. The BB8 Wide distinguishes itself from other blades with its’ lengthened sightline, compressed shoulders, and flat bumpers.
Precision-milled to 350 grams from the finest Soft Carbon Steel, the aggressive Super-Fly Mill face milling produces a responsive feel at impact for the player looking for both consistent speed and feel. The all-new Glacier Black finish offers a traditional black appearance for improved optics on the greens and is completed in our signature red, white, and blue paint scheme to add a true performance look. The BB8W putter comes with a plush black honeycomb pattern headcover and our all-new SINKFit Technology Pistol grip, available in standard and jumbo sizes.
NEW FINISH & TECHNOLOGY
Our all-new Glacier Black, more durable and a traditional black finish is complemented with a sharp red, white, and blue paint scheme, reducing glare and improving aim optics. The BB Series putters are paired with a new Tour grade putter shaft, tested and engineered to provide the player with added stability through a stiffer structure and constant weight, which maximizes the performance through the complete swing arc. Extending performance features, the BB Series will be paired with Lamkin’s new SINKFit putter grip, offering a more contoured shape to promote proper wrist alignment for a more controlled, consistent putting stroke. The SINKFit grip is offered in both standard and jumbo sizes.
