Lexi Thompson hopes putter change ends struggles on the greens

INCHEON, South Korea – Lexi Thompson has found her perfect match. The American power player visited the Bettinardi putting lab in Chicago during the UL International Crown and fell in love. This coming from a player who tried a different putter every day at the U.S. Women’s Open.

“The putter has helped tremendously,” said Thompson, who now feels she has better speed control and can take it back on a straighter path. She also changed her stance, moving closer to the ball. Thompson uses the Bettinardi Queen Bee #6, and the model she currently has in bag could be bought off the shelf.”
