Return / Cancelation/ Order Change / Warranty Policies
Bettinardi will only honor refunds/cancellations on items purchased directly from Bettinardi.com or in person at our Studio B facility. If your Bettinardi items were purchased from another distributor, you will need to contact them directly regarding their refund/exchange program.
Return Policy
Many Bettinardi Golf products are custom-made and limited-release items. Any custom or limited-release items, including Hive Releases, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned. We offer returns back to the original form of payment (shipping cost, handling cost, or customization charges are non-refundable) for unused non-custom/non-limited release products for 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning the product. Any returned product received by Bettinardi Golf without an approved RA# may not be processed. A 20% restocking fee can be imposed if shrink wrap has been removed from putters, wedges, or irons.
Shipping expenses for product returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bettinardi Golf is not responsible for items lost via transport company when returning products. Bettinardi Golf reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
In order to obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form, or email directly to customerservice@bettinardi.com. Please include:
- Original proof of purchase (required)
- Reason for your return/exchange/cancellation
If approved, we will provide the RA# and any additional information needed to complete the process.
Returnable Items:
- Non-custom/non-limited release products
- Product defects due to workmanship (see Warranty Policy)
Nonreturnable Items:
- Hive release items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return, due to the extremely limited nature of this product.

Custom-made products.
- Custom-cut (Cut to Length) belts
- Custom belt buckles
- Custom cigar trays
- Custom putting cups
- Putters, wedges, or irons with non-standard length, loft, or lies
- Production Putters built with non-production Shaft (ex: Stability Shafts)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items not purchased directly from Bettinardi.com or in person at our Studio B facility
- Special Services (such as Design, Setup and Shipping)
- Gift Cards or Merchandise Credits
- Products that have been used or worn, and not in sellable condition
- Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products missing accessories
- Products that are damaged during the return shipment
- Products received by customer outside of the return period
- Products received without RA#

Cancelation Policy
We understand that situations change, and you may need to cancel your order. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines.
Canceled orders or returns for non-custom/non-limited release products will be in the form of a refund issued to your original form of payment (shipping cost, handling cost, or customization charges are non-refundable). Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. Bettinardi Golf reserves the right to deny any cancellation request.
If an order is canceled before the products ships, the amount refunded will be less the fee charged by the payment processing company.
Full Cancelation: You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
Partial Cancellation: If a portion of your order hasn't yet been processed, we can cancel those specific items free of charge. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a partial cancellation.
Order Processing Notice: Once an order is processed (after 24 hours of placing), cancellation is not possible.

Please note:
Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received.
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order after it has been submitted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Change Order Policy
We strive to be flexible and accommodate changes to your order whenever possible. Here's how it works:
Changes before Order Processing: If you need to change your order before it's processed (within 24 hours of placing order), you can do so by:

Most order changes require us to cancel the original order and having you replace the order.
Changes after Order Processing: Once your order is processed, changes can’t be made.
Please note:
We will confirm the feasibility and any applicable fees associated with your change request.
Once your change request is confirmed, we will update your order and provide a revised confirmation.
WARRANTY POLICY
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Bettinardi Golf warrants putters, wedges, and irons for quality of workmanship for a period of 1 year. All other products deemed to be defective in any nature must be reported to us via email within 14 days of package arrival. All warranty claims must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning the product. Any returned product received by Bettinardi Golf without an approved RA# may not be processed.

If approved, we will provide the RA# and any additional information needed to complete the process.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent products when available. If unavailable, a refund will be issued (shipping cost, handling cost, or customization charges are non-refundable). Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. Bettinardi Golf reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.
For the Antidote SB2, it is not recommended to change the shaft, since the finish on the center insert can be damaged if heat is applied to this area. Changing the shaft on the SB2 putters will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty will be denied for the following:
- Products not purchased at Bettinardi.com, Hive, Studio B or authorized dealer
- Products not purchased new
- Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products missing accessories
- Products that are damaged during the return shipment
- Warranty period expired
- Products received without RA#
