Soft Goods Digitizer/Graphic Designer
The Soft Goods Digitizer/Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting both the Embroidery and Graphic Design departments in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist the creative team with digitizing, design creation and file organization while ensuring high quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the schedule and logistics for Bettinardi soft goods production after graphic designs are approved.
- Transfer approved designs to an embroidery template and have them converted to a stitch file.
- Utilize digitizing software to create and edit stitch files.
- Assist the embroidery team with the production of soft good samples and final products.
- Advise the Embroidery team with what materials/threads should be used for each design.
- Maintain an organized file structure for both graphic designs and embroidery files
- Inspect product throughout the embroidery process to ensure high quality production.
- Maintain production schedule using Microsoft Excel Embroidery Spreadsheet.
- Communicate between departments to ensure smooth processes.
- Design a wide variety of materials for print and digital media with the intent to promote the company and our products.
- Develop graphics for products, logos and websites; Support and take on design needs as necessary for putters, head covers, accessories.
- Produce cutting-edge imagery for editorial content, and a master-level understanding of design, including typography and layout.
- Participate and contribute to the product development process both with content and visual ideas.
- Maintain a fresh and engaging perspective with the desire and expertise of refreshing the promotional materials and online presence on a regular basis, while ensuring brand cohesion.
- Research current trends in the golf and design industry to provide relevant material to our target audience while maintaining our brand image.
- Share knowledge, experience and skill with other design staff; work with design counterparts to ensure continuity across initiatives, categories, and projects
- Work Closely with Marketing Director to ensure creative needs are completed in a timely manner and assist in building a content roadmap and arsenal to pull from.
- Understand and follow brand guidelines when applying on-brand design solutions to ensure the consistent look and feel for all images and graphics.
- Demonstrate ability to be resourceful, consistently demonstrate initiate and creativity in daily tasks.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, community partners and colleagues.
- Employ accuracy, precision and quality in all work to represent the high quality and standards of Bettinardi Golf.
- Remain able and flexible to other duties assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design
- 2-3 years of design experience post college
- Established knowledge of digitizing software for embroidery**
- Ability to multi-task is crucial
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and tight turn around environment
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Order Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist
Job Description:
- Manage and organize the distribution of incoming product to various distribution outlets.
- Assist with picking and shipping online, Hive, and Camp Betti orders.
- Maintain a list of products in inventory that are waiting to be published online and work with the marketing team to maintain visibility until they are made available for sale.
- Manage Shopify inventory stock-outs, correct discrepancies, and remove sold-out products in a timely manner.
- Prepare and stage for Hive and special releases.
- Answer phone calls and Zendesk inquiries daily to assist customers with any questions or concerns, give customers information about products and services, etc.
- Update account information as needed.
- Ensure paperwork is processed correctly, accurately, and efficiently.
- Communicate with management any questions or decisions on a daily basis.
- Remain able and flexible to other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of customer service experience; 1 year of administrative support experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment requiring adaptability to the work role and additionally aid as a resource to other roles

Technical Representative
Bettinardi Golf makes the finest putters in golf, in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tinley Park, Illinois. Our putters are used by some of the best golfers in the world, amateur standouts, all the way down to your average weekend warrior.
We are looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable person to demonstrate the quality of our products during our demo days. Our ideal candidates will be able to talk to customers about the process on how the equipment is produced as well as be able to demonstrate with proper technique and knowledge. Technical reps are representing Bettinardi Golf while demonstrating on various high-end golf courses and pro golf shops. Our reps are knowledgeable and professional and must be able to successfully interact with a variety of different people. A Technical Rep is a part-time contract role.Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail oriented
- Professional, courteous and respectful
- Must live near of one of the following cities: Naples, FL, Palm Springs, CA, Northern California, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Tulsa, OK; St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL; Madison/Milwaukee, WI; or Detroit/Lansing, MI.

CNC Machine Operator, Entry Level

We are looking for a competent CNC Operator to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. This is a full-time position that will begin first shift for training and will transition to second shift once completed with training.
CNC Operators are skilled professionals, able to work with great precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.
The goal is to produce high quality parts, ranging in materials, by programming machines to perform the right operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate several CNC machines; load and unload bars of material correctly
- Monitor the operation
- Take measurements and inspect material; use various inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and depth gauges
- Understand and follow specifications of task by reading blueprints & work instructions
- Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations as well as OSHA
Requirements
- Experience as CNC operator preferred but will train through on the job training
- Skill in operating machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
- Good communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus
