Bettinardi Golf is seeking a Temporary Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams during a maternity leave coverage period. This position will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing retailer order workflows, and providing customer account support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple systems and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role will serve as a key operational support resource to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

International Order Processing & Logistics:

• Process international distributor orders within the ERP system
• Generate pro forma invoices and balance due requests
• Process customer credit card payments when applicable
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments through FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers
• Schedule carrier pickups and maintain shipping records
• Prepare commercial invoices and other shipping documentation
• Provide shipment tracking information to customers and internal teams
• Monitor shipments and communicate delivery updates as needed
• Maintain accurate order and customer records

Big Box Retail Order Management:

• Process retailer replenishment orders through EDI and retailer portals
• Manage retailer special orders and customer-specific requests
• Process drop-ship orders through retailer systems
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment
• Assist with order maintenance and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to retailer accounts

Customer Service & Account Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping questions
• Assist with customer service tickets related to wholesale and retailer orders
• Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers
• Escalate complex customer concerns to management when appropriate

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Maintain accurate order documentation and system records
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and departmental administrative tasks
• Support shipping, fulfillment, and inventory-related administrative activities
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn new software systems and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems, order management software, or inventory systems
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments
• Familiarity with EDI order processing or retailer portals
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or consumer products industries

Work Environment:

• Full-time, temporary position
• Office-based role located at Bettinardi Golf headquarters
• Standard Monday–Friday business hours
• Frequent communication with customers, retailers, distributors, shipping carriers, and internal departments

• Manage and organize the distribution of incoming product to various distribution outlets
• Fulfill all online customer orders from start to finish using Shopify/Ship Station
• Manage Shopify inventory stock-outs, correct discrepancies, and remove sold-out products in a timely manner
• Learn and maintain procedures for labeling and shipping customer orders; label and ship out-going packages using guidelines
• Verify merchandise according to customer order and check final quality before order is shipped
• Assist with picking and shipping online, Hive, and Camp Betti orders
• Process production and customer orders, customer returns and exchanges for ecommerce
• Prepare and stage for Hive and special releases
• Ensure paperwork is processed correctly, accurately, and efficiently
• Manage e-commerce inventory, including counting and staging for Hive releases
• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts for e-commerce product
• Communicate with management any questions or decisions on a daily basis
• Remain able and flexible to other duties as assigned

Operations Responsibilities:

• Shaft, grip, and finish Bettinardi putters to a high degree of technical specifications with a high degree of quality and accuracy
• Assemble golf clubs to exact specifications including but not limited to component picking, shaft trimming, bending, gripping, as well as cleaning and packaging
• Precisely position each shaft 32-38 inches, or according to customer specifications
• Adjust Lie/Loft as necessary according to customer specifications
• Adaptable to work role and aid in additional tasks as needed

As the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Bettinardi Golf, it will be your responsibility to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers (green grass facilities, big box retailers, off course retailers, and corporate customers), develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. This position is located in the southeast territory including the following states: South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. *Must reside within one of the states in the listed territory*

Paint Fill Technicians are skilled professionals who are able to work with great precision. A keen eye for detail and hand dexterity are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use a variety of techniques to add color or contrast to engraved putter heads
• Use a multitude of colors to make the overall appearance of our product stand out
• Fill engraved letters/logos/designs with paint
• Scrape off excess paint with special paint removing cloth
• Ensure product is wiped clean and dry
• Follow specific color coded design proofs to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Expected to perform at a specific quota to meet production goals when training is completed
• Employ accuracy, precision, and quality in all work to represent the high quality and standards of Bettinardi Golf
• Communicate with management regarding any questions and/or concerns
