Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphics for products including putters, wedges, head covers, accessories, and other Bettinardi merchandise.
  • Produce cutting-edge imagery and designs, with a high-level understanding of design, including typography and layout.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of color trends.
  • Required to be extremely organized and detail driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment within the fun and exciting nature of our business.

    CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist

    Bettinardi Golf is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist to continue a long and fruitful career with our company. We are looking for a competent CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist to design programs, interpret project blueprints, and set up machines to produce the component outlined in the program. The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Use Edgecam Software to model cutting path and program machines according
    • Perform Program, Set-Up & Tear Down Operations on Haas machines
    • Adjust and reprogram controls at machine cell; knowledge of G-Codes and M-Codes
    • Complete set-ups involving bolting fixtures and jaws, setting, and adjusting tools, calculate feeds and speeds, checking dimensions on set-up piece, and making final tool adjustments
    • Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
    • Read technical drawings and set up machines in accordance with 3D CAD blueprint specifications
    • Maintain quality assurance procedures and processes
    • Maintain product specifications by observing machining operations, detecting malfunctions, and troubleshooting processes
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise

    • Requirements:

      • Ideally 5+ years in CNC machining
      • 3+ years programming experience; Edgecam Software experience required
      • Must know FANUC control
      • Must know G-Codes and M-Codes
      • Knowledge of metals and materials including but not limited to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
      • Proven track record of reliability, dependability, maturity, attention to detail, and initiative to continue growth

    Product Development Specialist

    The Product Development Specialist supports the product development team by managing timelines, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and helps coordinate aspects of the product development process. They ensure smooth workflow and help deliver products that meet market demands and quality standards.

    Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and managing product development timelines and schedules.
  • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met for all stages of product development.

    Communication & Collaboration:

  • Assembly/Club Builder

    Bettinardi Golf makes the finest putters in golf, in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tinley Park, Illinois. Our putters are used by some of the best golfers in the world, amateur standouts, all the way down to your average weekend golfer. We are seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented, driven individuals to join our Club Building team at Bettinardi Golf!

    As a Golf Club Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly and repair of the world-class Bettinardi Golf putters. This is a full time position with hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Shaft, grip and finish Bettinardi putters to a high degree of technical specifications with a high degree of quality and accuracy
    • Assemble golf clubs to exact specifications including but not limited to component picking, shaft trimming, bending, gripping, as well as cleaning and packaging
    • Precisely position each shaft 32 to 38 inches, or according to customer specifications
    • Adjust Lie/Loft as necessary according to customer specifications
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Ensure completion of tasks in quick and efficient manner
    • Adaptable to work role and aid in additional tasks as needed

    Pay: $17.00/hr

    Order Fulfillment

    Job Description:
    • Manage and organize the distribution of incoming product to various distribution outlets.
    • Fulfill all online customer orders from start to finish using Shopify/Ship Station
    • Manage Shopify inventory stock-outs, correct discrepancies, and remove sold-out products in a timely manner.
    • Learn and maintain procedures for labeling and shipping customer orders; label and ship out-going packages using guidelines
    • Verify merchandise according to customer order and check final quality before order is shipped
    • Assist with picking and shipping online, Hive, and Camp Betti orders.
    • Process production and customer orders, customer returns and exchanges for ecommerce
    • Prepare and stage for Hive and special releases
    • Ensure paperwork is processed correctly, accurately, and efficiently
    • Manage e-commerce inventory, including counting and staging for Hive releases
    • Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts for e-commerce product
    • Communicate with management any questions or decisions on a daily basis
    • Remain able and flexible to other duties as assigned
