Production Supervisor

Bettinardi Golf is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee and execute brand initiatives on our Limited Product. This role will manage a database of projects across Design/Marketing/Operations to ensure perfect execution across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel brand projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across departments including design, product development, marketing, retail, e-commerce, and partnerships.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure brand consistency and timely execution.
  • Oversee launches of new products, limited-edition collections, and event activations.
  • Manage relationships and timelines with external agencies, manufacturers, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential roadblocks early.
  • Champion best-in-class project workflows and tools to drive efficiency and collaboration.
  • Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve flow, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage daily operational performance through the effective use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are met or exceeded.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset by identifying areas for proves optimization and engaging the team in structured problem-solving activities (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis).
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and promoting accountability at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational goals and support broader business objectives.
  • Champion employee engagement by encouraging feedback, recognizing contributions, and supporting training initiatives.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or sports industries.
  • Experience working in or with golf brands, high-end apparel, or sporting goods is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a high-expectation environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep appreciation for the golf world and an understanding of the modern luxury consumer.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Trello preferred).

    Social Media Content Coordinator

    Own the day-to-day voice of Bettinardi Golf across all social platforms. Drive engagement, grow our audience, and keep our community connected to the brand.

    Responsibilities:

  • Use your creative vision to develop, schedule, produce, and post engaging content to enhance the brand's online presence and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to identify trends and ideate ever-evolving content that will increase exposure, promote growth, and generate conversions.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and actively engage with our community.
  • Coordinate with Paid Media Partners, Tour Pros, Influencers and Celebrity Ambassadors to support the collaborative promotion of the brand and generate content to share through external channels.
  • Construct and oversee Email Campaigns through Klaviyo, including writing copy, capturing imagery, and determining optimal email structure/layout.
  • Work alongside copywriters to maintain brand consistency and uphold Bettinardi’s visual and verbal identity across all channels.
  • Determine and track Social Media Marketing KPIs to continue evaluating and innovating marketing strategy.
  • Stay informed on inter-departmental developments across tour, operations, sales, manufacturing, eCommerce, etc. to support campaigns, promotions, events, and new product launches however able.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain multiple work flows simultaneously.
  • Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of social media management experience, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Comfortable using scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Sprout, Meta Business, etc.).
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box a must.

    Craft the voice of Bettinardi across email, social, ads, and product launches. Translate product features and brand stories into compelling copy that connects with golfers.

    Responsibilities:

  • Write captions, email campaigns, product descriptions, and ad copy.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across channels.
  • Partner with social and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Support press releases and media outreach.

    Sales Operations & Custom Projects Coordinator

    As an Sales Operations & Custom Projects Coordinator at Bettinardi Golf, you will play a critical role in supporting our wholesale and retail partners while ensuring the smooth execution of custom projects. This role combines sales operations responsibilities with project tracking to provide exceptional service, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales growth across all product lines.

    You will maintain regular communication with Territory Sales Representatives and their accounts to track and coordinate custom builds or special projects, and partner closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver on customer expectations. In addition you will support our Big Box strategy to ensure Field Sales Representatives are strategically meeting with key Big Box locations within their territory.

    Responsibilities:

  • Support and track all custom projects (putters, wedges, irons, and special builds), ensuring clear communication between Territory Sales Representatives, filed accounts, operations, and production to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Support Territory Sales Manager’s and their accounts on proper process for custom projects including design process, order status, product availability, and custom project timelines.
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to support field sales efforts and identify growth opportunities by analyzing customer and market data for Green Grass, Off-course and Big Box.
  • Support special initiatives, promotions, and launches to maximize account engagement.
  • Provide product knowledge and sales support to accounts through phone calls, emails, and virtual trainings around custom projects.
  • Use Microsoft Office, Hubspot, and internal systems to maintain organized records and reporting for all account communications.
  • Adapt as needed to support cross-functional projects and other business needs which may include inside sales territory or field support as directed by the Vice President of Domestic Sales.
