HAMILTON COLEMAN, Amateur

HAMILTON COLEMAN, Amateur

Hamilton Coleman is one of the premier amateur golfers in the United States, highlighted by his victory at the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship. In 2025, Coleman captured the 77th edition of the championship at Trinity Forest Golf Club, prevailing in a 36-hole final with a 2-and-1 victory to earn one of amateur golf’s most prestigious titles. The victory granted Coleman exemptions into the U.S. Open and the U.S. Amateur Championship, placing him on golf’s biggest competitive stages at an early age. Prior to his USGA breakthrough, he competed in the National Finals of the Drive, Chip & Putt National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club and captured multiple titles on the American Junior Golf Association circuit, including a playoff victory at The Junior PLAYERS Championship. Known for his composure, disciplined preparation, and performance in high-pressure moments, Coleman represents the next generation of elite American golf talent. He is committed to the University of Georgia, and is excited to join one of the nation’s premier collegiate programs in the fall of 2026.
