Head of Marketing

Bettinardi Golf is one of the most revered names in premium golf equipment — a brand built on obsessive craftsmanship, American manufacturing, and a cult following among the world's best putters. We're looking for a Head of Marketing who understands what it means to market a genuine luxury performance product, and who can scale that story without ever diluting it.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute the global brand strategy — defining how Bettinardi is positioned, perceived, and prioritized across all channels and markets, including DTC, wholesale, and international.
  • Lead all marketing functions including digital, social, email, content, paid media, PR, and ambassadors.
  • Own the product launch go-to-market calendar in partnership with product design and sales leadership.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; evaluate agency and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and manage the full marketing budget with a focus on ROI and brand equity growth.
  • Drive DTC marketing strategies and conversion optimization.
  • Expand brand presence internationally, with particular focus on Asia and Europe — key markets for premium golf.
  • Work closer with domestic sales team, to expand brand story telling at the top country clubs and golf clubs in the United States.
  • Oversee content creation that reflects the artistry and precision at the core of the Bettinardi brand.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends across golf, luxury, and lifestyle categories.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a background in golf, or premium sports, luxury goods, and performance equipment
  • Proven track record of building brands with passionate, community-driven audiences
  • Understanding of the golf industry — the culture, the buying cycle, the Tour ecosystem, and the collector mindset
  • Equal fluency in brand storytelling and performance marketing; you think in both feelings and metrics
  • Experience leading and scaling a direct-to-consumer digital business
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to protect brand integrity under commercial pressure
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams
  • Excellent communicator — overseeing copy that resonates with the consumer
  • Experience in international market development is a strong plus

Southeast Regional Sales Manager

As the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Bettinardi Golf, it will be your responsibility to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers (green grass facilities, big box retailers, off course retailers, and corporate customers), develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. This position is located in the southeast territory including the following states: South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. *Must reside within one of the states in the listed territory*

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage clientele on a sales prospect
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with current accounts on a regular and consistent basis
  • Grow relationships within territory through call rotation & networking
  • Track and report all sales activities within Hubspot
  • Develop and execute sales strategies through market analysis
  • Actively prospect for new business
  • Coordinate with local technical representatives to coordinate and present demo/product days
  • Efficiently book personal travel accommodations and schedule meetings
  • Proactive use of email and phone calls to stay in touch with clients, businesses, Bettinardi leadership and team
  • Use of Microsoft Office and Hubspot
  • Ability to adapt to work role and aid as a resource for other miscellaneous tasks

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of golf sales experience or 7+ years of sales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot
  • Extensive Golf Knowledge
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism

    Salary: $60,000 + sales commissions

  • Technical Representative

    We are looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable candidate to demonstrate the quality of our products during our demo days in the New York area. Our ideal candidate will be able to talk to customers about the process on how the equipment is produced as well as be able to demonstrate with proper technique and knowledge.

Technical reps are representing Bettinardi Golf while demonstrating on various high-end golf courses and pro golf shops. Our reps are knowledgeable and professional and must be able to successfully interact with a variety of different people. A Technical Rep is a part-time contract role.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Extensive golf knowledge
    • Professional, courteous and respectful
    • Must reside in the areas listed and be able to travel to Bettinardi Top Accounts on weekends
