Bettinardi Studio B™ Oak Brook Receptionist and Customer Service Expert

Our receptionist will act as a liaison between our brand and the customer, providing product/services information, booking appointments, and greeting customers as a front desk receptionist at our store, Studio B™ Oak Brook. The position will also include managing daily customer comments and concerns through our Customer Service channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, ascertain their needs, and direct accordingly.
  • Employ excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills in receiving incoming calls and web inquiries.
  • Maintain and respond to customer service inquiries through BG platform.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Perform a variety of secretarial duties in support of the administrative activities, operations, and staff.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with receiving and cycle counting.
  • Maintain, clean, and organize the reception areas, equipment and retail floor as needed.
  • Receive and schedule fittings.
  • Check-in fittings and notify fitters of their status.
  • Willing to take on extra tasks per customer or company volume demand.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Polisher

Bettinardi Golf makes the finest putters in golf, in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tinley Park, Illinois. Our putters are used by some of the best golfers in the world, amateur standouts, all the way down to your average weekend warrior.

We are seeking a metal polisher to join our growing team! A polisher at Bettinardi is responsible for performing the finishing processes for smoothing and enhancing the appearance of Bettinardi Golf putters. The scheduled shift for this role is Monday to Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Use of polishing machinery and abrasive tools to sand blast, buff and polish Bettinardi Golf products.
  • Operate machinery to adjust, start or stop equipment during grinding and polishing processes.
  • Correct defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
  • Polish metal surface using a polishing wheel.
  • Measure and mark the product to ensure polishing standards are met.
  • Clean equipment and work tables.
  • Fulfill and package orders.
  • Meet production goals daily.
  • Assist in miscellaneous tasks.

Pay Range: $16 - $18/hr

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for efficiently receiving incoming inventory, timely staging and timely shipping outgoing orders while adhering to safety procedures and providing accurate and timely shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes all inbound freight, including proper identification of merchandise and the comparison to appropriate paperwork computer data.
  • Check for damages and sort stock for allocation as necessary.
  • Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place.
  • Utilizes Fishbowl to receive inventory into our inventory management system.
  • Collaborates with procurement to ensure proper receiving of materials.
  • Contact supplier or shipper if an issue is identified.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of product.
  • Cross-check inventory accuracy with system entries.
  • Maintain shipping logs.
  • Assembling all incoming PO specifications and forecasts with inventory control coordinator rack requirements and locations for incoming goods.
  • Reconciling all discrepancies on goods received and reporting them to management when needed.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience with shipping/logistics/warehouse preferred.
  • Degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience with Fishbowl Inventory.

Southeast Regional Sales Manager

As the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Bettinardi Golf, it will be your responsibility to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers (green grass facilities, big box retailers, off course retailers, and corporate customers), develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. This position is located in the southeast territory including the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, and Southern Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage clientele on a sales prospect
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with current accounts on a regular and consistent basis
  • Grow relationships within territory through call rotation & networking
  • Track and report all sales activities within Hubspot
  • Develop and execute sales strategies through market analysis
  • Actively prospect for new business
  • Coordinate with local technical representatives to coordinate and present demo/product days
  • Efficiently book personal travel accommodations and schedule meetings
  • Proactive use of email and phone calls to stay in touch with clients, businesses, Bettinardi leadership and team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot

  • Assembly/Club Builder

We are seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented, driven individuals to join our Club Building team at Bettinardi Golf!

    As a Golf Club Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly and repair of the world-class Bettinardi Golf putters. This is a full time position with hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Shaft, grip and finish Bettinardi putters to a high degree of technical specifications with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
    • Assemble golf clubs to exact specifications including but not limited to component picking, shaft trimming, bending, gripping, as well as cleaning and packaging.
    • Precisely position each shaft 32 to 38 inches, or according to customer specifications.
    • Adjust Lie/Loft as necessary according to customer specifications.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Ensure completion of tasks in quick and efficient manner.
    • Adaptable to work role and aid in additional tasks as needed.

    CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist

    Bettinardi Golf is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist to continue a long and fruitful career with our company. We are looking for a competent CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist to design programs, interpret project blueprints, and set up machines to produce the component outlined in the program. The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Use Edgecam Software to model cutting path and program machines according
    • Perform Program, Set-Up & Tear Down Operations on Haas machines
    • Adjust and reprogram controls at machine cell; knowledge of G-Codes and M-Codes
    • Complete set-ups involving bolting fixtures and jaws, setting, and adjusting tools, calculate feeds and speeds, checking dimensions on set-up piece, and making final tool adjustments
    • Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
    • Read technical drawings and set up machines in accordance with 3D CAD blueprint specifications
    • Maintain quality assurance procedures and processes
    • Maintain product specifications by observing machining operations, detecting malfunctions, and troubleshooting processes
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise

    • Requirements:

      • Ideally 5+ years in CNC machining
      • 3+ years programming experience; Edgecam Software experience required
      • Must know FANUC control
      • Must know G-Codes and M-Codes
      • Knowledge of metals and materials including but not limited to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
      • Proven track record of reliability, dependability, maturity, attention to detail, and initiative to continue growth
