Project Manager

Bettinardi Golf is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute brand initiatives on our Limited Product. This role will manage a database of projects across Design/Marketing/Operations to ensure perfect execution across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel brand projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across departments including design, product development, marketing, retail, e-commerce, and partnerships.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure brand consistency and timely execution.
  • Oversee launches of new products, limited-edition collections, and event activations.
  • Manage relationships and timelines with external agencies, manufacturers, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential roadblocks early.
  • Champion best-in-class project workflows and tools to drive efficiency and collaboration.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or sports industries.
  • Experience working in or with golf brands, high-end apparel, or sporting goods is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a high-expectation environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep appreciation for the golf world and an understanding of the modern luxury consumer.

    Quality Control Inspector

    Bettinardi Golf is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Operations Team. As Quality Control Inspector, you will guarantee our products meet quality expectations by completing both in-process and finished goods inspections.

    Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections on live production.
  • Perform regular quality assessments on select incoming materials and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
  • Read blueprints, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
  • Record compliance or deviations of geometric dimensioning or tolerance for client specification.
  • Share knowledge, experience, and skill with other design staff to ensure continuity across all design projects.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Use of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, etc.

    Customer Service Representative

    Work Location: Oakbrook, IL

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer phone calls, emails and online inquiries daily to assist customers with any questions or concerns.
    • Communicate order status to customers through Zendesk and manage refund/exchange processes.
    • Verify refund and warranty capability for each request.
    • Enter and track all refinishing orders in our process.
    • Manage the front desk and greet customers as they come in.
    • Provide support with merchandising and organizing inventory as needed.
    • Forward calls to their respective departments.
    • Update account information as needed
    • Ensure paperwork is processed correctly, accurately, and efficiently.
    • Communicate with management daily while following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Handle customer service matters, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Remain able and flexible to other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma required
    • 2 years of customer service experience; 1 year of administrative support experience preferred

    Assembly/Club Builder

    Bettinardi Golf makes the finest putters in golf, in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tinley Park, Illinois. Our putters are used by some of the best golfers in the world, amateur standouts, all the way down to your average weekend golfer. We are seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented, driven individuals to join our Club Building team at Bettinardi Golf!

    As a Golf Club Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly and repair of the world-class Bettinardi Golf putters. This is a full time position with hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Shaft, grip and finish Bettinardi putters to a high degree of technical specifications with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
    • Assemble golf clubs to exact specifications including but not limited to component picking, shaft trimming, bending, gripping, as well as cleaning and packaging.
    • Precisely position each shaft 32 to 38 inches, or according to customer specifications.
    • Adjust Lie/Loft as necessary according to customer specifications.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Ensure completion of tasks in quick and efficient manner.
    • Adaptable to work role and aid in additional tasks as needed.

    Pay Range: $16 - $19/hr

    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphics for products including putters, wedges, head covers, accessories, and other Bettinardi merchandise.
  • Produce cutting-edge imagery and designs, with a high-level understanding of design, including typography and layout.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of color trends.
  • Required to be extremely organized and detail driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment within the fun and exciting nature of our business.
  • Maintain a fresh and engaging perspective with the desire and capability of making the finest products in golf.
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills with vendors/colleagues.
  • Share knowledge, experience, and skill with other design staff to ensure continuity across all design projects.
  • Work closely with Design Team and Creative Director to ensure creative needs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Understand and follow brand guidelines when applying on-brand design solutions to ensure the consistent look and feel for all images and graphics.
  • Demonstrate ability to be resourceful, and initiate creativity in daily tasks.

    Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience is preferred.
