For those who love a little rust on their wedges, here’s your chance! We remixed our HLX 5.0 wedges with an in-house Japanese Bronze finish, intended to rust over time. Engineered and crafted from Soft Carbon Steel, the HLX 5.0 wedges each aim to provide a greater focus on player performance and versatility for any wedge shot, in all conditions. The deeper Tour-inspired face milling allows players to have exceptional spin control out of any approach shot or around the greens. The center of gravity in each head was engineered with a finer ladder milling, allowing golfers to keep their wedge shots at a lower trajectory and ultimately improve their short game. This allows for Tour quality shot flighting and uncontested control around the greens.

These wedges have a raw finish that will rust over time. They should be oiled with a light cloth each time after use to retain their original luster. Your wedges will ship in approximately 4-5 weeks. 

C-GRIND

The C-Grind sole is a traditional wedge sole, intended for players who love making simple square-faced shots. The C-Grind allows players to pinch the ball to the turf, providing less bounce in tighter lies.

RJ-GRIND

The RJ Grind is a more versatile, high-bounce wedge sole, meant for the player who seeks the ability to master all types of shots into, and around the greens. The RJ Grind allows for more heel, toe, and trailing edge relief, making it the most playable wedge in the lineup.

The HLX 5.0 is offered in a Japanese Bronze finish for the player who prefers a stylish and sleek appearance.

PREMIUM COMPONENTS
The HLX 5.0 Forged wedge series offers players the choice of the best, most premium components to complete the buildout of their Bettinardi wedges. Starting with three Tour grade shaft options; choose from a KBS High Rev, True Temper S200/ S400 , or the Nippon Pro Modus 115. All wedges will be paired with a custom Bettinardi Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip.

Using our patented High Helix Cut machining tool, Robert was able to engineer and craft his softest forged wedge face to date. By using this process, the machine cuts the metal at a high rate that generates a more pronounced groove depth, creating maximum spin on the golf ball.
